If you're not fully satisfied with your paint-by-number kit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns are free at My Custom Canvas—just reach out to us for a prepaid return label.
Your kit must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact our Customer Support Team.
Once we receive your returned item, we'll notify you by email.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method automatically after processing.
CANCELLATIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of placing it.
Orders are held in processing for 6 hours before being sent to our fulfillment team, after which changes may no longer be possible.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective paint-by-number kit, we’ll send you a free replacement.
To support your claim, please send a short video to our Customer Support Team.
WRONG ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
If you believe you entered an incorrect address, please contact our Customer Support Team within 6 hours of placing your order. We work quickly to process orders, so there's a limited window to make corrections.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
My Custom Canvas is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Coverage: This warranty covers paint-by-number kits purchased from My Custom Canvas for one year from the purchase date, protecting against defects in materials or workmanship.
Inclusions: The warranty applies to the paints, brushes, and canvas when used under normal conditions.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, exposure to extreme environments, or normal wear and tear.
Claims: To make a claim, please provide proof of purchase and contact our support team with details. We may ask for photos or require return of the paint set for evaluation.
Resolution: Verified issues may be resolved through replacements (paints or brushes) or store credit.
Limitations: The warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the kit. It is non-transferable and does not cover incidental or indirect damages.
Statutory Rights: This warranty does not affect any legal consumer rights that may apply based on your location.
