Orders are handled Monday through Friday. Each order is individually reviewed and checked for quality before shipment. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing. Note: We do not ship on weekends.

Tracking:
After placing your order, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package as it travels to you.
Important Information:
Please double-check that your shipping details are complete and accurate. Missing or incorrect info may delay your order as we may need to reach out for confirmation.
Keep in mind that customs inspections can occasionally extend delivery times. Your local customs office may ask for extra paperwork or time before releasing the package. Delivery is typically handled by your national postal service or a local courier. If no one is home to receive it, the courier may leave a card with pickup instructions.
Our primary warehouse is located in the United States. If an item isn’t available there, your order may be shipped from our Hong Kong location to ensure timely delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on warehouse location. In some cases, customs duties may be charged due to local regulations. If that happens, just email us and we’ll promptly reimburse you.
Always refer to the delivery estimates at checkout for the most accurate timeframes, as they may differ based on your country and current shipping conditions.
Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5 PM Eastern Time on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders submitted after that time will be processed the next business day.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We currently ship to one address per order. To send kits to different locations, please place a separate order for each address.
PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO
We proudly ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Please note that deliveries to these addresses may take a bit longer due to additional postal handling.
